Unter dem Motto „Connecting Solar Business“ vernetzt die Intersolar seit über 30 Jahren die maßgebenden Akteure der Solarbranche. Auf einer Fläche von 105.500 m² präsentieren 1.450 Aussteller aktuelle Trends, Entwicklungen und Geschäftsmodelle. Der Messeveranstalter rechnet dieses Jahr mit über 110.000 Besuchern.

Als Premiumhersteller von Photovoltaik-Montagesystemen präsentiert T.Werk auf der Intersolar 2025 die neuen Unterkonstruktionen ARTEMIS und URANOS. ARTEMIS ist ein hochaufgeständertes Montagesystem, das mit einer Mindesthöhe von 2,1 Metern die landwirtschaftliche Nutzung unter den PV-Reihen erlaubt. Reihenlänge und -abstände lassen sich bei ARTEMIS entsprechend der Anforderungen der Bewirtschaftung beliebig definieren. ARTEMIS eignet sich sowohl für den Anbau von Kulturpflanzen als auch zur Tierhaltung.

URANOS alpha ist eine flexible Lösung zur Montage von Photovoltaikmodulen an Fassaden, da das Lochbild für die jeweilige Anbindung an den Untergrund angepasst werden kann. Ein integrierter Kabelkanal ermöglicht eine flexible und saubere Kabelführung. Durch die Montage mit URANOS Kurzschienen wird ein Kamineffekt erzeugt, wodurch die warme Luft nach oben entweicht und so die Leistung der Photovoltaikmodule signifikant erhöht wird. Die Module werden an der Unterkonstruktion für Fassaden mit den bewährten, standardisierten TRITON-Mittelklemmen von T.Werk montiert.

Staatsminister Eric Beißwenger informierte sich gemeinsam mit Landrat Dr. Hans Reichhart, dem 1. Bürgermeister Burgaus, Martin Brenner, der 2. Bürgermeisterin Burgaus, Martina Wenni-Auinger sowie MdL Marina Jakob und MdL Jenny Schack über die Produkte von T.Werk. Markus Ziegler, Geschäftsführer von T.Werk und Hans Jürgen Sauter, Leiter Vertrieb und Marketing, erläuterten die Alleinstellungsmerkmale der Unterkonstruktionen von T.Werk.

Beißwenger zeigte sich interessiert an der Produktvielfalt von T.Werk und verwies auf die Wichtigkeit verschiedener PV-Anlagen für das Gelingen der Energiewende. Insbesondere Carport-Systeme wie das HELIOS von T.Werk, mit dem auch bereits versiegelte Flächen zur Stromerzeugung genutzt werden können, könnten einen Beitrag leisten, den Anteil Erneuerbarer Energien zu erhöhen. Im Agri-PV-System ARTEMIS, das durch eine hohe Aufständerung eine weitere Nutzung der landwirtschaftlichen Fläche erlaubt, erkannte Beißwenger Chancen für den Anbau von Sonderkulturen.

Beißwenger betonte: „T.Werk als Hersteller von Montagesystemen für PV-Module kann einen Beitrag zu unserem Ziel leisten, bis 2030 die Stromerzeugung aus Erneuerbaren Energien zu verdoppeln. Eine verlässliche und bezahlbare Versorgung mit Strom auch aus Erneuerbaren Energien ist für die Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres Wirtschaftsstandortes, zur Gewährleistung der Versorgungssicherheit sowie zur Sicherstellung von wettbewerbsfähigen Strompreisen von höchster Bedeutung. Um Bayern als Industrie- und High-Tech-Standort von Weltrang zu erhalten sind maßgebliche Weichenstellungen in den Bereichen Versorgungssicherheit, wettbewerbsfähige Energiepreise und Ausbau der Erneuerbaren Energien nötig.“ Bayern habe mit seinem Energiepaket bereits Weichen gestellt, so der Minister. „Der Freistaat ist in Deutschland absoluter Spitzenreiter beim Ausbau der Erneuerbaren Energien.“

Beim abschließenden Produktionsrundgang gefiel Minister Beißwenger der Ansatz von T.Werk, am Firmensitz in Burgau zu produzieren und zugekauftes Material ausschließlich aus Europa zu beziehen: „Eine regionale Produktion sichert Arbeitsplätze in Bayern, trägt zur Stärke unseres Wirtschaftsstandorts bei und vermindert internationale Abhängigkeiten“, so Beißwenger.

What is your role at T.Werk and how long have you been there?
My job is the project planning and design of mounting systems for solar installations and I have been part of the team since August 2023.

Why T.Werk?
There are many reasons: The opportunity to make a contribution to the energy transition, a super nice team and flexible working hours.
Basically, I think T.Werk’s sustainability concept is great. I can be directly involved in the construction of solar systems and am a direct part of the entire process.
Within one to three years, the energy yield of a photovoltaic system exceeds the energy consumed during its installation. In principle, I therefore feel that my work is extremely meaningful and has a promising future.

What do you particularly like about your job?
I particularly like the interesting projects and the variety of tasks. My most extensive project so far has been the improvement and finalization of our design software. I was in close contact with the development company and my colleagues.
The planning software is designed to plan the layout of our substructures in combination with the respective PV modules. This is initially designed for our pitched and flat roof solutions and will be expanded in the future to include carports and agri-PV.

What motivates you?
The team spirit, very good coffee and the opportunity to make a difference. At T.Werk I can get fully involved and at the end I can see the result on a roof or on an open space. It’s very fascinating to take the projects from my screen into the field.

What moves you in your private life this year?
I bought a house four years ago and am still renovating. This year I really want to install a solar system so that I can charge my electric car in a CO2-neutral way.

We now produce our high-quality substructures for PV systems on an area of over 3,000 square meters with over 40 employees.

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

• 120 ml mulled wine
• 70 ml mineral water
• 4 tsp orange juice
• 500 ml prosecco
• Ice cube

Preparation:

Add ice cubes to the glasses. Then mix cold mulled wine with mineral water and orange juice and divide evenly among the glasses.
Finally, fill the glasses with Prosecco and serve.

• In the future, our TRITON system will not only be set up in a flash, but will also safely deflect the lightning in the event of an incident. Currently we are testing the TRITON system as a natural part of the down-conductor of a lightning protection system according to DIN EN62305-3 (VDE 0185-305-3) including verification of the lightning current carrying capacity for test class H(100 kA) following the test methods of DIN En 62561-1 (VDE 0185-561-1).
• Due to the changed fire protection regulations of the flat roof guideline, some proven pressure-resistant insulations can no longer be used without further ado for flat roofs. Therefore, some flat roof manufacturers use mineral insulation which often has lower compressive strengths. To take advantage of this potential PV area, load sharing panels for the Triton system will be available in Q1 2021. There is virtually no change to the assembly speed.
• By placing the load distribution plate underneath, as the name suggests, the pressure at the individual load application points is reduced by increasing the contact area.

Other advantages of the load distribution plates:

• Floating support of the elevations on the floor slabs. This reduces effects due to thermal expansion in longer series
• Building protection mat is not visible and completely fixed under the panel and therefore even more securely fixed and permanently protected from UV radiation.
