Photovoltaic mounting on tiled roof

The ZELOS mounting system is used for mounting photovoltaic systems on all types of pitched roofs, e.g:

• Roof tiles/tiles
• Plain tile
• Slates
• Trapezoidal sheet
• Sheet metal rebate/round rebate
• Sandwich elements
• Fiber cement panels.

Depending on the type of roof, the connection is made with hanger bolts, roof hooks or clamps. The three-way adjustable ZELOS ALU VAR roof hook in particular ensures flexibility. The connection of the 2.38 m (2 modules upright), 3.53 m (3 modules upright) and 5.85 m (5 modules upright) long ZELOS profile is universally possible thanks to its side and bottom channels with M8 28/15 hammerhead bolts and M8 flange nuts.

Another strength of the mounting system is the click system for mounting the module clamps. The modules can be mounted parallel to the roof, both horizontally and vertically. The standard system structure is single-layer, but can also be realized as a two-layer cross-bond.

The ZELOS system is supplemented by other profile cross-sections with a height of up to 175 mm and a span of up to 7 m. Special solutions (in combination with elevations, façade solutions, etc.) are also possible.
