Mounting system for flat roofsTRITON SOUTH
The TRITON flat roof mounting system is used for mounting a photovoltaic system on flat roofs of all types with a pressure-resistant substrate (foil, bitumen, gravel, green or trapezoidal sheet metal roof). The modules are mounted on stilts. The mounting system can be realized as an east-west elevation with 12° inclination as well as a south elevation with 12° or 15° inclination.
The installation is implemented for roof pitches ≤ 4° without roof penetration, only with weighting. For roofs with a slope of up to 10°, the TRITON flat roof system can be installed with a mechanical anti-slip device. To ensure a low-ballast overall system, the TRITON flat roof system was not only tested for stability in a WtG-approved boundary layer wind tunnel, but also optimized aerodynamically. This means that even roofs with a low load reserve can be used sensibly for photovoltaics.
Optionally, a lightning current-capable version of the TRITON system is also possible.
In addition to these static aspects, the high degree of pre-assembly and the modular system of the aerodynamic TRITON flat roof mounting system should be emphasized. This significantly reduces assembly time and costs.
Even in the standard version, the HELIOS carport is designed for very high wind and snow loads. The static calculation of the carport is carried out according to the valid standards and guidelines as well as the load assumptions according to Eurocode 1 (DIN EN 1991-1). The carport is founded on strip footings according to a specified foundation and reinforcement plan.
Depending on the customer’s request, the HELIOS carport is available with or without PV mounting system. You can choose between a version with 5 modules crosswise or 3 modules upright (approx. 5.9 m projected area).
Constructively, the carport was designed to ensure quick and easy assembly. Pre-punched holes in the supports are provided for mounting charging columns and inverters.
is a sea god in Greek mythology who protects sailors by calming the waves, among other things.
The T.Werk TRITON flat roof system has a protective effect in several ways: pre-assembly eliminates the need for chipping work on the roof that could damage the roof cladding. TRITON can act as a natural component of the lightning protection system and TRITON protects the cost-effectiveness of the PV installation by providing optimum installation options for maximized yield.
