CHRONOS Click: Installation couldn’t be quicker.
Thanks to the innovative Click system, rooftop solar installers save up to 40 percent time when installing a PV system on a pitched roof. You can install CHRONOS Click using a roof hoe, for example:
Step 1
Remove the roof tiles/tiles in the area where the roof hooks will be placed.
Step 2
Align the roof hooks in a row with a cord and attach them to the rafters.
Step 3
Remove the lower seam of the roof tile and replace it in its original position or use a metal replacement plate.
Step 4
Click in the CHRONOS Click profile and fix the profile rail to the outer roof hooks only using a sheet metal screw.
Step 5
Click in the center terminal sets and place the module on
before clicking in the center terminal sets on the other side of the module.
Step 6
Then tighten the cylinder head screw of the center clamps with a torque of approx. 10 Nm. Your CHRONOS Click mounting system is now fully assembled.
