To make our project and logistics processes even more efficient in the future, we will introduce new rules effective August 1, 2026 for the dispatch of reports, subsequent changes, and certain logistics and handling efforts.
Project reports during the quotation phase
As early as the quotation phase, you will receive a compact project report from us. It contains all information that is relevant at that time for reviewing and evaluating the quotation.
After the order is placed, we will provide you with the full project report, thereby creating the basis for the joint, successful implementation of your project.
If you require the full report during the quotation phase, we will charge a flat fee of €30. If an order is subsequently placed, this amount will of course be credited to you in full.
Change fees for quotations, orders, and planning
With our experience, we provide comprehensive support in planning your photovoltaic projects. Careful planning requires time, expertise, and close coordination.
The initial planning as well as a first subsequent change will remain free of charge. From the second change onwards, we will charge the following processing fees depending on project size:
- Projects up to 10 kWp: €35 per change
- Projects up to 50 kWp: €70 per change
- Projects over 50 kWp: €105 per change
Ground-mounted projects are excluded from this rule. Due to their individual requirements, changes for these projects will continue to be calculated on a project-specific basis.
New rules on logistics and handling costs
At our company headquarters in Burgau, we maintain an extensive warehouse. This ensures short delivery times, high product availability, and reliable processing of your orders.
To ensure we can continue to offer this service in an economically viable and resource-efficient manner, the following rules will apply from August 1, 2026:
- Changes after order confirmation and scheduling: €10 per change
- Changes to items already in production or custom-made for the customer: 10% of the net order value, minimum €50
- Cancellation of orders ready for dispatch: 10% of the net order value
- Specially procured or order-specific items must be accepted in the specified packaging unit
- Processing and restocking fee in the event of non-acceptance of resalable goods: 10% of procurement costs
- For order-specific procured or individually manufactured, non-returnable special items: 115% of the procurement value
- For late collections, we will charge storage costs from the 5th business day
Efficient processes for high-quality PV mounting systems
With these adjustments, we aim to make processes clearer, reduce unnecessary effort, and lead projects to success in a targeted manner. At the same time, we are creating the conditions to continue offering you high-quality, cost-optimized PV mounting systems with short delivery times in the future.
Our shared goal remains unchanged: to implement projects in a partnership-based, reliable, and resource-efficient manner.
The new rules apply from August 1, 2026.
